Delete your account

From inside the app

This is the fastest way, and it takes effect immediately.

1. Open BuildableIQ and go to the Account screen.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm twice. The account and its data are erased right away and you are signed out.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed, write to admin@atikdesign.ca from the email address attached to your account and ask for deletion. We action these requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your email address, name, company name and logo.
• The Apple or Google identifier used to sign in, so no one can sign back into the account.
• Every saved project and your analysis history.
• Your token ledger, including any unspent balance.
• Your recorded acceptances of the Terms of Service.

What we keep, and why

We keep a record that a promotional or partner code was redeemed on a given device, with no personal data attached to it. It exists only to stop a single-use free trial from being claimed again on the same phone, and it cannot be used to identify you.

Purchases made through Apple or Google remain in their systems under their own retention rules. We do not control those records. If you need a refund, request it from Apple or Google directly.

Unspent tokens

Deleting your account forfeits any tokens you have not used. Tokens have no cash value and are not refundable by us. If you want a refund for a recent purchase, request it from Apple or Google before deleting your account.

Signing up again

You are welcome back at any time. Signing in again with Apple or Google creates a brand-new account; it does not restore the deleted one.
