Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using BuildableIQ ("the Service"), provided by Allure Ventures Inc. ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

BuildableIQ is a decision-support tool for California real estate. It provides a proprietary BIQ Score and analysis of land parcels based on publicly available data sources, internal models, and the user's selected project type. The Service is informational and does not constitute legal, engineering, financial, or professional advice.

3. No guarantee of accuracy

Parcel data is aggregated from county assessor offices, state agencies, and federal sources. While we make reasonable efforts to verify and present this information accurately, we do not warrant its completeness, accuracy, or currency. Always verify critical decisions with the appropriate jurisdiction (planning, building, fire, health, seismic) and qualified professionals (architect, engineer, surveyor, legal counsel) before committing capital or making land-use decisions.

4. Account and authentication

Accounts are created via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for the security of the underlying Apple/Google account. You may not share your account or impersonate others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Tokens, purchases, and refunds

Some Service features require tokens, purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchases. Tokens are non-refundable except as required by Apple or Google's standard refund policies. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. Promo codes (including Founder Pass codes) are governed by their own terms communicated at the time of distribution.

6. Founder Pass

Founder Passes grant unlimited access to the Service for the duration specified at redemption (typically 365 days). One Founder Pass per account, lifetime. After expiration, normal token-based access applies. Founder Pass benefits cannot be extended, refunded, or transferred.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to scrape data at scale, build a competing product, or violate any third-party data source's terms.
• Misrepresent the BIQ Score or analysis output as official jurisdictional findings.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The BuildableIQ name, BIQ Score methodology, app design, and all related content are the property of Allure Ventures Inc. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or business decision- making purposes only.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLURE VENTURES INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOST DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Allure Ventures Inc. from any claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
